Master Litter

Our Grear was bred to "Gauge" (Brio'sWynn Gauge Gambler JH) in September 2012 This breeding brought together two impressive field lines that also have strong conformation backgrounds. The litter was born on November 14, 2012. 10 puppies were whelped (6 boys - 5 black , 1 liver and 4 black girls). The theme of the litter was "master" to honor Grear's grand dam Jade and Gauge's dam Chant.
Gauge is a super talented curly with an impressive pedigree. Gauge's parents are Ptarmagin Cruzin Dakota x CH Sundevil Dreaming of Chantico, CGC, CD, WCQ, UWC, MH. Gauge's dam Chant is the first ever female curly coated retriever to earn an AKC conformation champion and an AKC master hunter title. Gauge is following in her footsteps and excels in the field! He has produced two litters to date that have great conformation and field ability! Gauge has passed all health exams, has excellent hips, and is GSD and EIC clear.
Grear is a multiple conformation champion (AKC,UKC, International, and Canadian), and she was the first female curly coated retriever to earn the AKC Grand Champion title. She was awarded a judge's award of merit at the 2009 CCRCA National Specialty. She has a great temperament and is a wonderful therapy dog. Grear comes from both strong field and conformation lines. Her grandmother Jade (Chocca-Shaw's Winter Wonder MH WCQ) was the first female curly to earn an AKC master hunter title and the first curly to ever qualify for the Master National Retriever Hunt Test. Grear's father Flash was a multiple group winning dog. Flash (Can CH & AM CH Jangio's Lightning Bug CD RAE CGC ROM) was the #1 CCR in all systems in 2007. He then went on to gain obedience titles after retiring from the ring.
